  • I am traveling alone; can I still share a double occupancy room?

Yes, we recommend attending alone as you will get the most out of our transformational workshops and program.  We will match you with another female to share with.  If you would however prefer a private single occupancy room, you can book one.

We will provide healthy and nutritious vegetarian local produce. Please advise us if you have any allergies.

Yes, our retreat program includes visits to the key local areas, in addition you will have some free time available during your stay with us.

  • Can I attend if I am a beginner?

 

Yes absolutely, this retreat is designed with beginners in mind.  Lisa has taught for over 30 years and is very used to beginners in all her classes.

 

  • What do I need to bring?

 

This will vary with each retreat, depending on location and time of the year, you will be advised in your pre-retreat pack.

  • Do I have to participate in every activity?

 

No. Whilst we will encourage and support you, it is entirely your choice as to what you want to join in with and learn.  However, please understand to get your biggest breakthroughs, we thoroughly advise to give it your 100%.

 

  • What time do I have to arrive and leave?

 

Check in on your first day is from 15:00 onwards. Checkout is before 12 noon the last day of the retreat. 

 

  • How do I get to the venue?

 

Transfers will vary between retreat venues, please view our upcoming retreat page to find out more.

  • Can I attend on my own?

 

Yes, we would 100% recommend this and will be there to meet you and make you feel very welcome.

 

  • I have never done anything like this before, everything you have mentioned resonates with me, but I feel nervous, is that normal?
